Where is my order? I never received a tracking number?

  • If your order is placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) it will ship next day. (Retail customers only)
  • Does your order require customization? Please allow 1-2 additional business days for orders placed through our board builder.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification when your order packing label is printed. You should receive an additional email from the carrier once your package reaches a fulfillment center. Your order status can be checked by signing into your account.
  • If you need help logging in or finding your order please contact us.

How long will it take for my order to get here?

  • Shipping times vary from 1-7 business days depending on location (see below).
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for international orders to arrive. Customs issues are out of our control and can extend shipping times.

Why did my order fail to process?

  • Your credit card credentials are incorrect, verify the following:
    • Card Number 
    • Expiration Date
    • CVV (3 digit code on back of card)
    • Name
    • Bill to Address (the address on file with your credit card company)
  • Your credit card is past its credit limit.
  • Browser or Internet Issue: If you are getting an order error try switching to a different browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Be sure to check that you are still connected to the internet

What is your Return Policy?

  • We accept returns for goods that are in new condition with tags attached. Purchasing party is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges will be deducted from refund. Refunds/exchanges will be issued once goods are received in new condition. We have the right to refuse a refund/exchange if item arrives in imperfect condition.
  • The following orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
    • International Orders (any shipments outside the contiguous USA)
    • Customized items
    • Used items
    • Items without proof of purchase
    • Clearance items
    • Orders over 30 days old
    • 2nd or Blem Items
    • Purchases made with Gift Cards (store credit can be given)

Do you ship to freight forwardars and PO boxes?

  • Short answer: No!
  • Long Answer: Please note that your designated ship to address must match the billing information and be the address of the end user of the product. We will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, distribution center, warehouse, hotel, or airport. If you place an order to one of these locations your funds will be returned and we will email and/or call you to let you know we can not ship to that location.

What does B-Grade mean?

Our B-Grade longboards have one or multiple small cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the overall structural integrity of the boards, and we sell them at great discounts! They work perfectly, and you usually can't tell the difference unless you are looking at the board up close. Buying a B-Grade board is a great way to save some money while still getting an amazing product. B-Grade board blemishes may include but are not limited to: 

  • Discolored graphics
  • Misaligned graphics
  • Depressions (in wheel wells etc.)
  • Bamboo core cracks
  • Scratches

Everyone makes mistakes, especially when we handcraft all of our products here in the United States. We sell our perfect products for a premium price, and you get great discounts when little mistakes happen. B-Grades are not eligible for returns.

What is your Warranty Policy?

  • We warrant that all goods are free of manufacturer defects for a period of 90 days from proof of purchase. Within 90 days of purchase we will repair or replace any items approved as "Defective" without charge. After 90 days we pledge to repair or replace any items approved as "Defective" for up to 12 months from original purchase date as long as the customer pays for the replacement freight (inbound and outbound).

How can I get sponsored or ask for products for my event?

  • Please reach out to us with some information about yourself including age, social media, why you want to be sponsored, and any other photos/information that you think will help you!
  • If you are looking to get an event sponsored, please send us an email with information about the event and a link to any event pages so that we can make our decision. Please reach out to us as early as possible in relation to the event date! We won't be able to send anything if it is last minute.

Can I have some free stickers?

  • Yes! Request some in your order comments or follow these instructions on how to get some:

  1. Get out two envelopes and two Stamps.
  2. On the first envelope write your home address in the center of the envelope (the section of the letter designated for the recipient). 
  3. Put a stamp on the letter. 
  4. Now, place the letter you just put your address on into another envelope and seal it.
  5. Put your address in the top left as the "sender" and put:

    ATTN Free stickers

    Fife WA 98424

    Make sure to draw some kind of picture on the back of the envelope for us! No picture, No stickers. Put a stamp on the envelope and put it into a postal box. A couple weeks later you'll find some DB stickers in your mailbox in the self addressed envelope that you mailed us.

Does my board come with grip tape?

  • ALL completes come with griptape unless otherwaise stated on the product page.
  • Decks only come with griptape if it is pictured on the deck on the product page.
